Caballero: Architect from La Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogota-Colombia)with a Master in Business Administration from Dowling College(Oakdale,NY), worked for an Architectural firm in Silver Spring, MD(CHK Architects and Designers),before deciding to be on the construction field through two construction firms in Long Island, NY for twelve years managing private and government residential and commercial projects.Moved to Real Estate on my own associated with Fairfax Realty, Inc (Falls Church, VA)since 2004 with licenses in VA, MA and District of Columbia.Instructor at Montgomery College for the Workforce and Continuing Education since 2008 instructing Licensee for Home Improvement (MD) with the Cont. Education Workforce & added Blue Print Reading & Estimation since end of 2017. Worked for AllState Contractors Inc. since 2007 as a Project Manager handling all the commercial and governmental projects. Work for PCM Services Inc. since 2012 to the present day as a Construction Division Senior Project Estimator. President at EXACTO Contracting Group LLC providing management and general contracting services.
